CNTs - Polystyrene Microspheres Prepared by Electrostatic Adsorption:
CNTs (Outside diameter: >50nm, Inside diameter: 5-15nm, length: 5-20um)--treated by Cationic surfactant (Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide); Polystyrene microspheres (about 100nm~300nm, microspherical particles)--polystyrene microspheres surface is usually negatively charged. the polystyrene microspheres and CNTs through Electrostatic adsorption self-assembly form a uniform and stable complex. polystyrene microspheres effectively isolate the agglomerations of CNTs and form stable CNTs/Polystyrene microspheres composite. Polystyrene microspheres has a large surface area with electronegativity, therefore the polystyrene microspheres can adsorb more of CNTs.

The Product Apllication:
CNTs by electrostatic adsorption self-assembly to polystyrene microspheres surface to form a "bunch of grapes" complex structure, fibrous CNTs stems, spherical polystyrene microspheres grapes, the use of structural synergies conductive efficiency makes CNTs to give the material higher strength and wear resistance, suitable for processing into the conductive sheet and suitable for processing into clean, wear-resistant sheet. Good processing and mechanical properties, suitable for conductive HIPS sheet, conductive ABS plastic injection products. Recommended that the carbon nanotubes/polystyrene microspheres composite can be used in other areas conductive sheet, conductive film, and high-conductive plastics....
